The Burnham Institute, Scripps Research Institute, and UCSD work together as the San Diego Postdoctoral Training Consortium to host a day long Transition to Industry Symposium. This year’s will be Saturday Nov. 14th, and I’ve been asked to give the introduction to San Diego Biotech. They’ve also lined up several other great speakers, and 10 roundtables for discussion about the different jobs available in industry. We’ll definitely be putting my presentation on the SDBN site, and will try to include as many other resources from the event as possible. The event is geared towards Postdoctoral Researchers in the life sciences. Hope to see you there!
