Through its selective distributors, WONDFO USA delivers FDA approved and CLIA Waived drug tests to a wide variety of clients including employers, government agencies, occupational health clinics, pain management practitioners, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and resellers. WONDFO’s CLIA Waived drug tests can detect as many as 14 different drugs including BUP in one test cup. WONDFO’s drug tests come in a variety of formats including all-inclusive cups with customized designs and easy to use dip panel cards. These tests cover multiple configurations the industry requires. In addition, WONDFO accepts custom configurations and designs. The R&D Laboratory Director provides leadership and technical / scientific competencies in laboratory testing and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build a regulation approved R&D lab from the ground up. With market-oriented concepts, develop new products and design experiments based on scientific research results until they are successfully launched in the market. Make continuous improvement to products while inviting customer feedback. Develop new products and experimental designs based on scientific research findings and marketing needs. Actively involved in the planning and execution of experimental studies for the safety and efficient characterization of novel and existing products. Develop laboratory procedures for new product lines, including work on product validations and equipment qualifications. Identify and certify external vendors as being appropriate; Expedite services where required to assure project timelines are met. Lead team to create, maintain, and improve the laboratory’s performance metrics, measurements, and effectiveness. Train, direct, develop, coach, and mentor laboratory personnel. Routinely provide performance feedback to recognize proficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
