Meredith Dow, long time supporter of the SDBN, will present a talk titled ‘Understanding Behavioral Styles of Interviewers’ at our January 19th event. Many of you have met Meredith at our events, here’s a little more about her:

Meredith has 13 years experience in the life sciences staffing industry and most recently was responsible for opening and managing the Scientific branch for a $1 billion staffing company. She developed the branch into the company’s most successful Scientific branch for 8 of the 9 years that she was with the company. In her first year, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year and achieved Platinum performance (their top honor) for the other 8. She holds a BS degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Animal Behavior from the University of California, Davis. She has over 4 years hands-on experience in the Biotechnology industry, specifically in Immunoassay development. She is an active member of American Chemical Society (Small Business Advisory Board), AWIS and has been on the Board of Directors for the San Diego branch of AALAS for 7 years. Meredith is the leading the development of the Life Sciences Practice for PROVEN.
