This person will create, develop and implement a variety of human resources programs to support the goals and objectives of the company. As the strategic HR leader for the company, the candidate will work with leadership on talent and leadership development initiatives, promoting enhanced organizational effectiveness and efficiency in a positive work environment, and building a common culture for the organization. The scope of this position spans all functions: Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Quality. Bachelors Degree required with a minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced company with experience managing human resources issues across multiple sites and functions. Previous experience in the Biotech/Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry or experience in a Start Up Organization is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
