Global Marketing Manager

About the Role:

ProSci is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to expand its reagent portfolio and grow its brand. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of product marketing activities through direct and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing a marketing plan by assuming responsibility for the strategy and implementing programs to achieve revenue, margin, commercialization, and market share objectives.

Partnering with internal teams to fully develop product business segments including in-licensing, distribution, and direct.

·
Creating sales enablement tools, blogs, videos, application notes, support material and other relevant content including product and market training programs for distributors.

·
Overseeing pricing models and corresponding updates to ensure proper margins.

·
Forming a deep understanding of customer buying behavior, preferences, trends, selling activities and distribution methods for reaching the target market and customer segments.

Establishing a marketing calendar.

·
Actively managing the relationship with channel partners and distributors to ensure alignment with relevant and effective marketing messages.

Forecasting accurate sales and growth opportunities within designated territory including preparing and participating in business reviews.

·
Maintaining an understanding of competitors together with a keen awareness of market activities and developments.

The candidate should possess the following critical skills to be successful in the role:

Degree in life sciences. Candidates with an advanced degree or an undergraduate emphasis in immunology and/or microbiology are preferred.

·
Preference given to candidates with knowledge or experience in antibody production, purification, and validation, Western blotting, IHC, antibody labeling, etc.

·
At least 5-years’ experience in sales and marketing role with at least 3 years’ experience marketing life science reagents.

·
Proven ability to develop marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing life science products and services worldwide.

·
Excellent communication skills (technical written and oral) and fluency in English.

·
Demonstrated skills in teamwork, results-orientation, and strong persistence to reach goals.

·
Ability to travel locally and internationally ~10% of the time, when conditions permit.
