The Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate will be primarily responsible for in vivo studies as well as some in vitro assays for the assessment of engineered protein therapeutics.


  • Responsible for the development and execution of In vivo Pharmacology studies including PK/PD assays for immuno-oncology, autoimmune and other in vivo immune-related disease models such as Tumor growth inhibition studies and autoimmune models etc
  • In addition, there will be opportunities to participate in in vitro studies such as cell culture, ELISAs, bioassays, cytometry-based assays, Western blotting as well as RT-PCR assays
  • Independently design and execute experiments, analyze results, make presentations, and present data in group meetings
  • Maintain a meticulous record of their research work

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.S., plus 4 years or M.S plus 3 years of industry experience in the field of immunology/immuno-oncology or oncology
  • Experience with animal handling and basic in vivo procedures of dosing such as injections with various routs (s.c., i,p., i.v.), bleeding (cheek bleed, Retro Orbital), tumor measurement and collection of various organs for necroscopy for toxicology studies will be important.
  • Experience with mice models of cancer and autoimmune diseases is desirable. Experience of working with NSG or humanized models will be a plus
  • A strong background in cell culture is essential. Candidates must have experience with culturing immune as well as tumor or other primary cell model systems commonly used in immune-oncology and immunology research
  • Technical experience in the development and execution of ELISAs, MSD, Western Blotting, gene expression analysis, flow-cytometry, in vitro and ex vivo immunology assays, and/or in vivo pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic assays
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a cross functional team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
