Asa Strategic Account Executive you will identify and close new business, andrenew and grow existing client base with assigned territory. Retain and grow current business withexisting clients in order to achieve or exceed all sales targets throughstrong, long-lasting client relationships. Identify and qualify new prospectsand opportunities through lead generation, Internet research, networking, etc. In this position you will: Deliver a consultative sales approach to existing and new prospective clients in an assigned territory. Identify new clients regularly, initiate and deliver sales presentations, identify needs, and develop strategically aligned proposals to match needs of BioSpace’s offerings. Overcome objections and make solid sales recommendations Identify all staffing needs that exist within all top tier prospect and client organizations Build a pipeline of future business equal to triple the monthly sales target. Achieve minimum individual sales goals in new and recurring business Utilize to accurately document and monitor all new business leads, prospects, appointments, follow-ups and sales Work with Account Management to provide oversight and appropriate level of service delivery to ensure complete client satisfaction Report on saturation point of top clients and identify additional growth at next tier of existing accounts Develop and execute go to market strategy to increase penetration Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly actual vs. planned sales accurately
